Week 1 of the 2018 NFL season comes to an end on Monday night. And after the first week of any fantasy season, there are always those that preform above expectations and those who do not. But we are here to discuss the three players that out shined the field, and accumulated the most fantasy points in week 1. Starting off our list at the number 3 spot is a player that is only owned in about 15% of all Yahoo fantasy leagues and that is non other then Tampa Bay QB, Ryan Fitzpatrick. He racked in 42.28 points, after throwing for a whopping 417 yards with 4 touchdowns to show for it, and whats even more impressive is that he threw no interceptions. Even after his monster week the fantasy universe seems to think this is a fluke performance as his team is lined up against the defending Super Bowl champions in week 2 and his stock has raised only slightly. Second on our list is Kansas City star WR Tyreek Hill, scoring 42.30 points for his fantasy owners. He was able to receive for 169 yard with 2 touchdowns and just to add a cherry on top he returned a punt for a 91 yard touchdown in the first quarter. He looks to repeat his monster week with his week two match up against the Stealers in Pittsburgh on Sunday. And finally coming in at our number 1 spot accumulating a week 1 high of 43.10 points, is Saints RB Alvin Kamara. He may have only rushed for 29 yards, but was able to punch in 2 TDs. However, thats not where Kamara shined, it was his 112 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD that separated him from the the rest of the pack. He looks to have another great week as the Saints are set to play the Browns week 2. With week two starting tomorrow we look forward to yet another exciting week full of surprises and full of stand outs.
